Basic Step & Body Fusion worth keeping??

I got this DVD months ago and am now a 'Cathe addict'! I've read on here where people sell their workouts to help finance other workouts (lol) and then they're sorry that they departed with them and buy them again. I never reach for this one anymore because it's too easy. Don't you think this one is a safe one to get rid of?

I am sorry....I meant no! This would be a great workout to do if you just wanted to work out less intensly for that day. Also, If your are sick or injured....what a great way to come back. Plus, I love the abs on this video...they are killer and you can always mix and match with Cathe's other workouts and come up with your own. T These tapes are so versatile.

Just my opinion. Sorry about the previous post. I haven't had enough coffee yet or maybe I need a lighter workout this morning!;-)

I never use these either, but I hesitate to give them up. I figure they will be my sick day workouts, or God forbid, my post injury workouts. I'd hang on to them until you are 100% sure. (And you mustn't be, or you wouldn't be getting our opinions. Am I right?).

I stayed in one entire weekend and never went out or spent a dime to fund one of my Cathe purchases and it was worth the sacrifice! That might be a good way to save the extra cash :) Just go get some good books at the library and hibernate for the weekend and you should have more Cathe in no time!!

If this dvd is too easy try it on an 8 inch step and up the weights on body fusion. Also if you get pregnant, this one is nice because it is done slower than some of the other step videos and not a whole lot of high impact either. One of my favorites to do is Basic Step on an 8 inch step when I'm short on time and this one really helps me to break out a good sweat in 30 minutes and since it is so easy its not a lot of brain drain. (I don't have to think of the choreography) My advice is don't get rid of it....hope this helps...

I think Cardio Fusion is easy, too, but I'm always surprised at how quickly I work up a sweat to this one, anyway. I'd keep it, if I were you. Like the others said, this would be a nice easy workout to slip in on a day when you just feel like you've got the umph and get-up-an-go for a harder workout.

I like to keep beginners workouts for "rest" weeks or "rest/light" days. I hope it never happens but if I do slip off and get off the road, or in the case of an injury, I will still have them to start again. Besides, Cathe workouts for me are something of value even if I have graduated to other workouts. It's like a collectible for me. Who knows how much value they will have in the future...;)

Keep.

There will be times you may want a lighter video. For me, that's when I'm recovering from being sick. When I can't do lots but need to do something, a video like this is perfect.
