They have an alternative cardio section on there that doesn't require the treadmill and you could use an elliptical glide or bike in place of the treadmill. I use my recumbent bike.

is his upper body more similar to p90x or cathe's upper body? i have had better results in p90x than cathe though i still do cathe cardio or circuit.

I think neither but more closely to Cathe....but the amount of reps is really long so you choose the weight. It's more like 2 minutes of one exercise than 12 reps.
