Barbell Length?

On the STS Page it says that you use a Short Barbell. I would like to know, if possible, the length of the barbell that you use? DO you recommend a brand?

I have several but all of mine seem to be longer than yours and I am having one heck of a time living in a very small town finding one. If I knew the length, I could possibly order it online?.

Not Cathe here, but years ago when I asked this same question, I got the reply that they were Troy Lite barbells. That's what I bought, and the bar is shorter than the ones at the gym.

Short Barbells

The barbells we use are about 4 ft 6 in.
