Bands?

Storm

Cathlete
I am wondering where I can purchase the band that Cathe uses in the Hard Core series? My children ripped mine, and I can't find any that are long enough for some of the exercises.
Thanks in advance :)

PS: I am in Canada so I will have to order online unless someone knows where to find them in Canada.

I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for temporary bands? I always rush out and get all the proper equipment needed all to discover that I don't even like the workout. I had resistance bands for the slim series but didn't like them so got rid of them and just used dumbbells. That firewalker exercise looks pretty neat but I'd hate to buy more bands to find out I don't like it either. (?) Ideas?

Maybe I'm blind but I couldn't find what the different colors represent... I'm a weakling so I'm thinking green (which is the second easiest and then there's purple and silver)? I always go lighter than Cathe. Does that sound about right?

It depends on what bands you're looking at. fwonline.com sells two types (at least) that are 6' long. There should be a chart on the site showing what each corresponds to (light, medium, heavy). The ones Cathe uses are the green dynabands (medium resistance). In Stretch Max, she uses the pink ones (light), but they aren't really necessary.

Purple is more resistance than green and silver is more resistance than purple. Pink is the easiet and I use green with most of Cathe but try pruple now and then...:)

Storm, I also ordered mine from collagevideo.

Brendazzz, get the green. I hadn't lifted in years before I started Cathe's GS series this spring, so I wasn't very strong, either. Medium is the way to go. Remember, you can increase or decrease the resistance by changing your grip.
