I've tried both New York City Ballet Workout and Balletbootcamp. I didn't really like the NYCB one 'cos the cueing was really bad. For example, they don't even tell you when to switch legs, so you have to keep your head craned to the screen. It doesn't have a cardio section either, but the abs and stretching are good. I recommend balletbootcamp (available on Collage Video) - the teacher teaches a class at Crunch in NY, and she's easy to follow. There's a cardio section as well as stretch, abs, floor barre work, and even arm work. It's only available on video (NYCB is available on DVD and VHS). Good luck.
