Balancing overdeveloped anterior shoulders

I love the Single Rear Delt Flys in XTRAIN C, B, S! You put your non-working hand on the bench for support and work uni-laterally...for some reason I REALLY feel these!:)

:) I love working Rear delt...
I can recall having doms during my first ever STS round.
I was so happily amazed (as not expecting them:rolleyes::rolleyes:) that I wanted the entire FORUM to know lol

I agree so much with this. I feel with single arm you can truly focus on the muscle better. I have this schedules for tomorrow.

I haven't tried it yet, but I just read an article talking about the grip on the dumbbell during rear delt flys.

It says instead of holding the dumbbell like you normally would with your grip in the middle of the db, to slide your hand back so your pinky finger is flush against the head of the dumbbell. It says you'll feel it more by eliminating some sort of rotational force or something...cant remember the details! Just thought I'd share, hadnt seen that suggestion anywhere before!

Hmmm...tied to quote Nanbo's post in my response, but it did it's work...I was referring to the singly arm rear delt flies...lve them!
