Hi, Cathe--
Lately I've been trying to get 3 cardio and 3 weight training workouts a week. However, now that summer is over, I'm going to find it difficult to work out six times a week. If I do two cardio days, two weight training days and one combo day (either Body Max or something like that--maybe the first part of Body Max or a cardio section from CTX and then Muscle Endurance, for example), would that still count as three cardios and three weights for the week? I know it probably doesn't matter all that much, but I like the idea of doing each three times per week.
Also, there are always weeks when you're going to miss a workout; is it worse to skip a cardio or a weight training workout, or does it really matter?
I hope this makes sense!
Thanks!
Marie
