Balance Ball

Hi,

I have the balance ball and I am reading the directions and I am a little confused. It says after inflating insert plug? Where is the plug? I have the GAIAM ball. If anyone has this ball please share.

I'm not really sure which kind I bought, but there was a white plastic plug that came with it. Hope this helps!

The plug looks like a golf tee. I also have the Gaiam ball, & along w/ a pump, there should be a plug to hold the air in. By the way, just inflating the darn thing is an incredible workout.

Your ball should've come with a white plug which gets inserted into the hole so that the air doesn't escape. Email gaiam it seems to me that they forgot to place this into your package. Kathy

PS: Its also supposed to come with a pump which really is lousy. It doesn't inflate the ball properly. I purchased the Deluxe Pump from fitness1st.com. Its now inflated to the right size of 55cm. HTH
