Balance Ball

I just got Cathe DVD set because I was looking for just a step, and the store I was in did not have just a step. So I ended up buying this whole kit thing. Well I decided to try it out and I liked it so I'm planing on not returning it as long as I can blow up this stupid ball. Help!! I think I got a good work out trying but the ball is still flat and now I am too. There were no direction with the kit.

Does it come with a foot pump? Shove it in there and start stepping on it.
It will take a 1/2 hour or so.
I had my Husband use the air compressor.
It is a workout.
Then you will have a pin.
You gave to hold your finger on the hole when you remove the pump and put the pin in tight.
They are annoyining.
