Balance ball and tape

Can anyone tell me which balance ball and tapes are the best to buy? I am a devoted Cathe follower and do not want anything that is too easy. Thanks in advance.

I have Living Arts Lower Body, and either the abs or upper body workout, too. The reason I don't know which I have is because I never do them, because they are way too easy. I could probably get a bit more out of them if I concentrated more, but really they are just not challenging.
I'm thinking of getting Karen Voights new DVD, which has a ball workout on it, but I've read that it is really very basic, as well.
I think one of Gay Gaspers newer workouts uses a ball, but I'm not sure.
I haven't read any reviews of balance ball tapes that sound like good, challenging workouts, but I used mine with planks when I first got mine, and was challenged. I'd love a good tape to use...

The most challenging ball tapes I've seen are Fitball Upper Body Challenge and Lower Body Challenge. You can preview them at collagevideo.com Of course it is very difficult to find tapes as challenging as Cathe's, but I think these tapes are the toughest ball tapes on the market.

I got both of those for Christmas, and they are challenging....but not quite as challenging as I would have liked.

I also got the Fitball Cardio Challenge, which I am about to do this morning for the first time.

At least they're something different! Variety is the best thing to do for your body.

I understand that Charlene Prickett has a new one called "Women With Balls", or something like that. It's supposed to be fairly advanced and very good. You might go to Video Fitness and see if you can find some info. through a search. Good luck!

I did my cardio Fitball tape today. It sure wasn't what I expected. . . .

I didn't get a cardio workout because my hip flexors gave out midway into the tape. It didn't seem like I would have gotten a cardio workout anyway, but it was good for the quads. I do tons of step classes/videos a week. I guess it just goes to show you how much I need cross training.
