BAD AUDIO

I have two Cathe tapes, and one (Maximum intensity) has bad audio. I ordered it by mail through one of Cathe's avertisement, and it does not appear to be a copy. It was new when I received it, but the audio was poor, and now it is bad and getting worse. Can I return it for a new tape? I'm assigned to the US Embassy in Cairo, Egypt, and so I use the US postal system for ordering items.
