Hi Cathy And everyone,
I do aerobics 6 days a week.Usually cathes longer tapes. But my ankles usually get bad when I need to change my sneakers. This time that is not the problem cause I just bought a new pair for running and a pair for aerobics.
In the last week my ankles have been bothering me and the arch of my left foot.I just started doing interval max a couple of more times in the run of a week.Trying to lose another 5 pounds..thought that workout might help.
Plus we just bought a new home and my husband has moved me in the laundry room where there is concrete floor but then wood over it.HE thinks that I work out to much...because now that the snow is gone I have started running again. But i think that it is the flooring...plus probably all the interval jumping.
What do you guys think? Am I working out to much or can I blame my husband? I workout (cardio)45 minutes most days and somedays I will go for a jog and aerobics.Should I take a break, slow it down a little...or should i move back out into the living room where the carpet is???
Thanks for any advice,
Lori
