Hi there:

I am a big fan of your videos and your site. I have exercised with you during your slots on Fit TV, but stopped a few months ago. I did not quit exercising, but decided to work out at the gym. I am finishing up my Body For Life Challenge in two weeks...I lost 20lbs and went from a size 12 to a size 8/6. I am extremely happy with my results, but have a few problems areas and would like your advice.

My biggest problem area is my backside (butt and back of legs). I do have cellulite which has improved a lot since last year. So I am looking to purchase one of your videos to see if I can get some results. I am looking at the DVD Legs Gym Style. Would you recommend this video and any others? I do cardio every day.

The other area is my stomach which has become harder to tone after the birth of my child two years ago. I do have lower back problems and would like to strengthen my core area. What video would you suggest.

I am still going to be going to the gym, but over time will work out exclusively at home. I am adding to my videos so this is a beginning. Thanks again for your input.

GS Legs is an excellent w/o, my current favourite. It has a thorough set of leg and glute exercises that use the barbell, different weighted dumbells, different counts for the reps and the use of the band on the floorwork in the second section that really burns out those muscles. An extremely effective workout. I see results with this w/o after just a few weeks: improved strenth, visible definition.

You could try Core Max and the Ab HIts DVD to help improve your core stregnth. The Ab HIts includes a lot of traditional abs exercises that may not in fact do much for your back, but also has a lot of plank work that will. You might find the new Core MAx more thorough and up-to-date as Cathe now focusses on the "core" area in her w/os rather than the "abs" as she used to do.
