Backorders? - Has anyone received their Rhythmic Step vhs?

I have a VHS on "backorder", from an order I just placed last week. No one told me it was on backorder until the package with the rest of my order arrived. Yet, I was billed for the entire order. It's the Rhythmic Step tape that I am waiting on. Customer Service "does not know when it will be in". I was feeling OK about waiting for this tape, but I just did a search on this board, and found MANY members who had backorders of this tape (or dvd) from APRIL! ? This is making me antsy now. I kind of wish I hadn't done the search.

Have those of you with backorders from April, received your backorder of Rhythmic Step yet?

This DVd must be a bestseller, I order mine in March and I am still waiting. I paid for it, and customer service don't know when I will get it. I order the one that has MIC and Imax. I write to customer service once a week, so that they don't forget about me.

Yes, I am also still waiting for the RS+ DVD. I ordered the 23 pack back in April, I think.
Sure wish they would get them in and fill our orders!

I ordered the RS+ DVD too. I'm anxious to receive it. I was considering going elsewhere to order.

I've seen the Rhythmic Step DVD on Amazon.com or you could look at Ebay, it may be there too.
You could check with customer service first to see how much longer, since it's been awhile since you ordered it--I try to keep the business with Cathe.

A Rhythmic Step/MIC/... something else ?BodyMax DVD went for 76.00 plus shipping on eBay today. I was watching it and when I checked my "ended" column, there it was. I was amazed. It goes for $49.99 on Cathe. Maybe this is the reason it went for that, the backorder issue. Wished I'd been the seller on that one.

I am still waiting for the Rhythmic Step DVD. I ordered the 27 pac and that is the only one that didn't come and is still on back order. I ordered it for my mother's day present to me. I guess I will continue to wait patiently, but I like the one post that said she reminds them weekly so they won't forget about her!

I ordered the 12 pack in February and didn't get the Rhythmic Step DVD. I specifically asked if you could sub out DVDs and was told no when I am sure they knew that I wouldn't be getting my Rhythmic Step with this order. I sent an email to customer service and their answer was,"It's on back order. There should have been a note with the order." As if 4 months later a slip of paper makes it all better. My next email is either to request a replacement DVD or my choice of a credit. It's ridiculous and totally unsatisfactory for customer service. x(
