Background Music from New DVDs

I LOVE the background music for "Circuit Max" and "Cardio Kicks" -- and I know I will love the music from the 6 pack that I am slated to receive tomorrow - YEAH!

Will this background music be produced or it is available on CD or cassette? I would love to have the music to energize me during my non-workout time!

Finally, you have outdone yourself with "Circuit Max" ! That is one of my favorite workout videos -- EVER! It is a TRUE CLASSIC that will be at the top of my workout rotations for years to come.

S&M just keeps getting better and I just keep loving y'all more and more!

Hi Amy! This was our first time having the cardio portion of the video music created from scratch. While we enjoyed the energy of the music and the process of creating it very much, we chose not to make a soundtracks out of it. There were just so many videos to make music for that we felt it was important for us to keep our focus on our video project rather than looking into soundtrack possibilities. But I'm very happy to hear that you like it so much.

Yes, Circuit Max is one of my favorites too. It tends to grow on you even more once you have all of the moves in the cycles down.

I really enjoyed seeing you and your husband Erik again. You are such a cute couple (and full of enerrgy too). He did very well in the Body Pump class. I was keeping an eye on him and he was really pushing hard on many execises. Thats great! Take Care!
