Hi Cathe:
I am very excited to be able to write you for the first time from Puerto Rico...

My name is Lina, 40 years old and mother of three, I've been exercising for many years now and I threw away all other exercises videos when I found yours! I believe they are incredible, push you to the max, and challenge you in ways others can't.
The only thing is (I think you guessed it) is my "baby belly"... I bought your Core Max dvd and I'm showing some improvement but I need like a routine or something to help me getting there, (looking at your abs shows me that I can!)
Please HELP!
And keep on the good work and hope you keep getting better from your injury:-(

I know that I'm not Cathe, but here is what I've learned over the years if it will help. There is no way to spot reduce, unfortunately. But to lose body fat you have to watch your diet. Eat foods that are whole, nothing white and processed. So, for an example, you would eat either steal cut oats or old fashioned oatmeal instead of instant. Have an orange instead of orange juice. Make sure that you eat a lot of fruits and veggies and try to stay away from anything with sugar added in. And drink lots of water!

I too have this problem! I have a 6 month-old son and a 3.5 year-old son. With my second child, I was much more fit and gained half as much weight as the first. I lost my baby weight rather quickly (thanks to the fit pregnancy!), but the flabby skin is what is left. Does anyone know how to take care of this?!?!
