B&T Rocker Results

Just got my B&T Rocker this weekend, tried it out yesterday and really like it. I'm curious....lots of you have had yours for a while. I know Honeybunch saw results in about 9 weeks. Honeybunch, have you continued to see further results? What about the rest of you? Have you seen results? Do you combine the workout with Leaner legs or other cathe tapes?

I have much less visible "leg mush" above my knees, and the teardrop quad muscle is more developed.

This morning I came off of a week's "exercise vacation," which means I took 7 days off, and I came back with a bang. Here's a cool way to combine cardio with the Jake machine for an efficient workout that will take about 50 minutes to complete:

Power Circuit tape (CTX series) for cardio, and for the leg strength circuits I jumped on the Jake machine which Cathe & her crew used barbells and hand weights.

I was able to do 5 Jake exercises and one set of legs extensions while doing the tape. When the tape was done I did two more sets of the Jake exercises and leg extensions, then I finished up with walking lunges and the calf exercises on the Jake.

Time involved was 50 minutes.
 
I went to the bodybyjake website and looked at the photos there. It looks like you do a squat but in a horizontal position. Is that about right? Can you tell me why they are more effective than squats?

Hi Liz! The BTR footplate comes with 3 positions! You seen the power arc movement on the last position which is used for calf raises also! You can adjust it to your needs for standard squatting,plies,one legged squats,extensions and calf raises! This is the safest,easiest and an effective way to do squats eliminating the extra stress on your knees! You can use this as a lower body workout or just for toning the lower body every other day for 5 mins! Every woman should have one! It targets all the right muscles!
