B-Max U/B Medley...Nice Burn

I've been meaning to try this since getting the new workouts and did it today. I mish moshed the 2 upperbody sections from both B-Max workouts. I used VHS for B-Max and the B-Max2 mix and match menu following the order of the original (chest first then back....). I really enjoyed the variety and subbed in a few different exercises if they repeated ie. tricep dips in both, I subbed supine double arm dumbell extensions.... I know it was effective because I cleaned our tub and shower shortly after and keeping my arms up and the elbow grease going was pretty fatiguing}( I love upper body DOMS but in this case it was (as Kathryn once said) IONS ~ Instant Onset Muscle Soreness....:7

Mixing the upper body sections from both BMs (okay I must be around 8 years old because that made me chuckle) is a great idea. I tried just the BM2 weight section the other day and it was too easy on its own. I went back and did it a second time and then I felt it.
