B & G - the good and the bad

Well, I did practically all of B & G last night, except for the the ab section (but I did some good ab work Mon. & Tues.) Not as sore today as the first time that I attempted it a couple of weeks ago, but getting through it still causes me to abandon my usual lady-like demeanor and curse like a sailor on leave.

BUT(pardon the bun),the first time I did it, I did only the standing leg work, so I never saw the floor exercise part...my dvd froze! DH gave this to me for xmas, and he ordered it from Cathe.com after all the hoopla.

The good part is that it freezes at a section that I don't like that much...that on your knees, lifting your leg up and down, etc., etc. I think I'll just keep it, and use that time to do a second set of the inner thigh workout, since that part of my leg is a definite trouble spot.

Anyhooo....just wanted to blab!:)
 
I received a replacement dvd yesterday!!!! Cathe and her company are the BEST. I figured that since DH had ordered it after all the glitch stuff had been going on for a while, that I wouldn't get one.

Guess I have no excuse to do that section any more. (Dang!}( )
