B & G or GS Legs

I am looking for opinions from all of you knowledgeable people. I already have Legs & Glutes but I would like another workout for the lower half. I was considering Butts & Guts or GS Legs. Which do you think would be the better purchase? This of course assumes that I can restrain myself and buy only one:7 Thanks!!

They are both really great workouts (I have both) but if you are looking to purchase only one I would go with B & G. There are just more options with B&G. The premixes are great and work different parts of the legs and it also has two ab workouts, both very different. I rarely use B&G as is, almost always one of the premixes where as GS Legs I always use the workout as is. There is one premix, I can't think of the title, but Cathe takes about 5 sections of different types of squats and lunges and mixes them up to the point of exhaustion, then adds more!(I was almost in tears!) Hope this helps. Good luck on your choice!

I like GS Legs because it works the overall leg.

I feel B & G mostly in my inner thighs and butt. There isn't much, IMO, in the way of calf, quad or hamstring work. The exercises are very specialized to target the glutes.

B & G has phenomenal ab work. My core was noticeably stronger after just a few sessions.

Both are great workouts, so really it depends on the areas you want to work.

(Edited to correct a typo.)

Hello,

I think they are both very different workouts so it's hard to say. B&G is light weight or no weight at for some of the exercises and GS Legs is heavy weight training. They work your body different ways, GS Legs is for building muscle and strength, whereas B&G would be more for toning (I think) and endurance.

Since you already have L&G, which is light weights and high reps anyway, maybe GS Legs would be a better choice. Do you have The other GS series? Together they are a strength building workout.

Thanks for all of your input. Unfortunately it only makes me want both. I do have the other GS and that is why I thought I'd like the GS legs but after seeing the clip from B & G it looked like something I would love too. I will probably end up with both but it is a matter of which first I guess.

I have both as well - both HIGHLY recommended! BUT - if you want to focus on a strength building rotation, go for the GS Legs - I finished a muscle building rotation not long ago using the GS series and my results were fantastic!!!
