After reading a few reviews here of the leg blast premix on B&G, I decided to give it a shot. Well, I almost cried the first time I did it but now I've been doing it once weekly and I am seeing really amazing results in my lower body finally! This is a huge struggle for me, and I'm so happy to finally be seeing what I've been working for. I think it's the fact that the workout is so HIGH REP and lighter weight. So the reason I'm here is to ask you all what other lower body workouts offer this type of high rep, low weight work that is getting me such good results? I am going to try Leaner Legs this week, and I hope that's a good one. I just got it and I've heard good (well, not so good ) things about it. But do you have any other suggestions? I'd really appreciate your input! Thanks!!
