Ok so I bought a heart rate monitor watch, I was able to input my sex and age but no weigh!?!
Anyways, I jus tried working through the standing work of B&G. tough! I did the best I could- i skipped out alot but i am sweating my ass off . My question is, my heart rate monitor said I burned about 480 cals in 32 minutes. Is that possible? I am 29, 5'2 and 148 pounds. i feel that is inaccurate as I did not do the whole floor work. Any thought??
P.S. I do not work out often so maybe that is why? Or else m watch sucks??
