- 5 Goblet Squats --to-- 5 Forward/Backward Squat Jumps X 4 Sets
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 1-Leg Dead Lifts (each side)
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 20 Pass Under Curtsy Lunges
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
