B and G Premixes?

I only have an hour to work out tomorrow morning and would like to try a Butts and Guts premix - normally I do the regular workout. I guess all things considered I'd probably rather not focus on the floor exercises for this particular workout. Does anyone have a recommendation of which premix to use?
 
Okay, Leg Blast it is! Why is it that I think all of you are sitting in front of your computers grinning evilly right now?
 
I did this premix on Friday with the floor work added on. It's Monday, and I still have DOMs going on. I actually had a hard time with climbing down stairs on Saturday. I have 4DS Kickbox/leg scheduled on my rotation today, and I'm seriously having second thoughts!

So did you end up doing 4DS Kickbox today?
 
Yes, I did force myself to complete 4DS Kickbox, and I feel better now. It's funny how reworking the muscle can cure the DOMs.

The way Cathe put the B & G Leg Blast premix together is genius. I can do the workout as it was intended, and I feel fine, complete the leg blast, and I feel it for four days. The premix seems easier, but it must the the combo that really tweaks the muscle, and sneaks up on you the next morning.
 
I have only one thing to say after completing Leg Blast. You are all evil and you will come to a bad end.

Oh yeah, one more thing:

Yeah, that's Leg Blast. The squat/lunge combos are what make me cry...Congrats on getting through it though!
