Awkward question

Hi Cathe,

I am on the preorder list for your new workouts but I'm trying make a running/Cathe workout schedule for summer.

I've also posted a question on how to use a non step/Cathe rotation that I found of yours from a few years ago. It is on this page as an I need help post.

I don't own any of the weight workouts like Slow & Heavy, MIS, & Cardio Kicks because I didn't start buying your workouts until a year and a half ago.

Anyway. Should I buy the Slow and Heavy DVD or can I wait until the new workouts are released? I don't want to duplicate because of budget.

I own the bundles of Blast,Intensity & Hard Core along with a few other add ons of yours. Core,Stretch, Ryt.Step, 10 10 abs, Body Fusion & Basic Step. Whew.

I want to run for cardio and need to make sure I don't over train.
I'm 52 by the way. I need your workouts to keep me fit & fabulous going into the second half of my life.:)

PS. Sorry to take up your time by having the same question in two places on your fourm. I couldn't figure out how to cut and paste the non step/fat loss rotation I have posted else where and make them one question.

Still learning from my 9 year old on computer use.
