Awesome iTrain Deal!

Hey Steph!

My favorites so far are:

Set 18-40 min.
Set 9-60 min.
Set 27(Drills)-30 min.

I just got 6 new ones and they are:
Set 3-60 min.
Set 25 (Top 40) -40 min.
Set 26-30min.
Set 20-60 min.
Set 24 (Run Intervals)-60 min.
Set 15-40 min.

I also have two 20 min. ones that I love! They're Set 9 and 6. The 20 minute ones are great to add on to another workout.

I can't wait to try all my new ones! YAY! :D

Awesome! Thanks for posting!

At 6 months of pregnancy I've found that whenever I do step or floor aerobics or any jumping I feel a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen so I've decided to ONLY walk on the treadmill for cardio from now on. It sucks because I don't feel like I'm doing enough now, but it's better than nothing.

So now I need more Itrains and your timing couldn't be better!!! Thanks again! :D

I think I might be missing the boat here a bit, but do you just listen to people talking (telling how to move; walk, jog or run) with music in the background? I just don't get it. Please explain.

The idea is to die young as late as possible.

Thanks so much, Allison and Mary!!!

I haven't been on the forums as much in the past few months... I've been doing more "work" while at work so that I don't have to work as late! LOL..

Isn't it a great deal?!

I got my 6 new ones last night!

These are so addicting and now I have so much more to choose from I'll never get bored :7

Janie,

To answer your question, yes, you listen to an instructor and background music during each workout. The instructor guides you through the workout telling you when to increase/decrease speed and incline, and tells you what's coming up next, etc.

I personally like it better than doing my own thing on the treadmill because it makes the time go by waaaaaay faster for me.

In any case, if you're interested, I would suggest trying one out and seeing how you like it. They're relatively inexpensive, although they have increased their prices in the past months. But it's not like you have to sign up for monthly packages or anything, even though different packages are offered.

ETA: If you go on the iTrain website, you can check out the different workouts they offer along with a description of each and which levels they're geared to (i.e., walker, jogger, runner).

Hope this helps.

OK, so I did this, and checked out and have 3 credits in my cart. However, when I downloaded 2 more workouts, I was charged for them and still have 3 credits in my basket. I emailed them and called, so we´ll see what happens, but actually, I don´t want to pay for the *free* w/os. and wouldn't have ordered any more except for this discount anyone else have this happen? I hate when this stuff happens. x(

I took advantage of this deal and purchased six and when I added the code it automatically deducted the 3 free ones for me. I figured I would try it that way first to see what it would do instread of later picking them out. so I now have 6 new itrains to workout to, I cant wait to try them. thanks for sharing.

Didn't happen to me... I got all 6 at the same time and the best part is I got for free the most expensive ones!

Ladies:

can I ask you, I am keen to get some itreads but I don't have a ipod yet. I have been promised one as a birthday present but it is not forthcoming yet, even though my birthday was over 10 days ago now!! Is it possible to go ahead now and buy the 6 itread workouts, making the most of the special offer, and download them later? When you buy them, where do they go? Can I pay now and keep them somewhere in the meanwhile and grab them (download them) later?

Thanks,

Clare

All downloads are kept on a download page in your account on the iTrain website.

You could also just download them onto your desktop and save them all on a external hard drive, which is what I do after I put them in my iTunes library too :)
