Avia shoe sizes

Does anyone know how Avia sizes their shoes? My NB 609 are an 8 and since I have to order online, I'd like to not have to send them back! Thanks

Hi Lala They run true to their size. I have to pairs of Avia and I love them.

Mine are also true to size. I do have to put insoles in them. I find Avia shoes to be less "cushiony" inside.

I must be the oddball here. I have been wearing Avias for years, and my normal shoe size is 7 or 7.5 depending on the shoe. My Avias are always 6.5.

I have the black Avias from KickMax in a size 6 1/2 and I found the toebox to be VERY roomy. Next time I would order a half size smaller.

Everyone's foot is different though. I have been thinking of trying Rykas which some people have said run true to size, and when I went to the mall to try them on, I found that I would need a size 7 in them.

Thanks all! Just called CS and he recommended that between the 7 1/2 and 8 I go with the 8. I ordered the 681. Hope it works. I do an awful lot of shopping on line and the worst is having to send things back!
