I'm enjoying this rotation, so far. I do about 80% of what is listed for the day...and feel I'm getting an excellent workout! Thanks. BTW when I go on vacation this month I'm going to do the one listed for week one on Friday (walk, 400 lunges, jacks, push ups, crunches and dips). I think this will be great! I did that yesterday and just loved it. I switch the days around to suit my schedule...off to an IMAX!
