August Rotation Check In, August 23rd

I wanted more lower body work so I did GS Legs Standing tonight and after each leg exercise I did 50 sit-ups/crunches and 10 push ups(on my toes!) for a total of 300 sit-ups and 60 push-ups. This is my sub for Fitness Fiesta and I'm also doing the workouts out of order. I may not have time to workout tomorrow but my next workout will be Cardio Kicks/Imax 6-10/CM #2 then I can start on the last week! I think I can at least stick to the order of workouts as stipulated in the last week of this rotation!
