August rotation check in 8/22/05

hello all!
WOW!! we are on the homestretch aren't we???:)

today's workout: MM, 5mile and no PLB stability ball workout...too tired!!! instead, I did the firm's JFabs..about 15mins of it, anyway!

what's for tomorrow???

Week four is here! Great job everyone who came before me! I echo Gayle's sentiments about this rotation. Its been more a test of my inner strength and willpower than anything else. I have loved challenging myself this way! Of course I am not doing this rotation to a "T" cause I have to go lighter on some weights and have to modify jumps etc. But I still have given it my all except for one or two days when I was dragging.

Anyway, MM - check
PLB - stability ball check
3 plus mile run with CardioCoach - check

So are we all going to post results on Saturday or Sunday?;)
