Week four is here! Great job everyone who came before me! I echo Gayle's sentiments about this rotation. Its been more a test of my inner strength and willpower than anything else. I have loved challenging myself this way! Of course I am not doing this rotation to a "T" cause I have to go lighter on some weights and have to modify jumps etc. But I still have given it my all except for one or two days when I was dragging.
