Hello ladies,
Forgive me if this is a double post, so here goes. I'm officially worn out;( . I'm soooo tired:-( . I followed the rotation as written, which means I did StepWorks and IMAX2 intervals 1-5. After each Segment in SW, I took a 1-2 minute break. I've never done this before and I kept praying that I could make it through. I know this is because my hamstrings are still sore from Monday. OMG, is this rotation over yet? I hope I can make it. I will admit, I'm getting good results on the scale though. Anyway, have a great day everyone,
