OMG, I can not believe how sore my legs still are from Sunday's leg w/o :confused:
I am supposed to do B&Gs leg blast tomorrow, I wonder if I will be able to do it :p

Today will be IMAX2, I think. Need to get my steppin moves down ;)

SCREAMS: IT'S ALMOST HERE!!!:eek:

I need to change some things in my rotation so I can start hitting those legs . . . . eek!

I think I'm going to add Low Max to my rotation this week. That one gets the legs good, too. Nothing like waiting until the last minute, huh!?!?! I should have put a little more thought into my rotation months ago!

B&G is on my rotation for tomorrow too, Catherine. YAY!!

Hi girls! I think B&G will be on the schedule for tonight. I really need to get in at least 2 good leg workouts before the RT. I am trying to tell myself to chill about the workouts though and just work at my own pace, but at the same time, I'm worried I'm not going to be able to keep up - especially in Boot Camp! :eek: I think I will be taking lots of pictures! ;)
 
Hello ART Ladies. (I just made up that little acronym—I’m such a friggin’ genius—or not).

I am doing the 4DS this week. I haven’t even thought about doing special leg work (other than what has randomly been in my little rotations). I am mainly concerned that I am huge right now. I’ve been gaining weight instead of losing and I’m going to be at my fattest weight (except for pregnancies) at the RT. It’s very discouraging and embarrassing. :( But I’m warning you now so you will not be surprised and go, “That’s Lainie? Holy cow—what a cow!”

I will go all out and admit my weight. 168 lbs. :eek: Ugh.

I assure you I have a very nice butt, though it’s flabby. It’s all kinds of round…. ;)

Hmm, taking pictures during Boot Camp sounds like a good idea. I really don't generally enjoy BC style workouts.
 
Geez, Lainie, you cow you! lol 168 HARDLY puts you out to pasture!!! ;) Do not sweat it at all! I promise no one judges anyone at these trips. It's COMPLETELY the opposite. And as far as boot camp goes, I'm sticking with you! ;)

Seriously, why do women do this to themselves?? The RT is an amazing opportunity to meet people of all backgrounds, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Like Liann said, no judgement. Does the statement "we're all in this together" ring a bell???

BTW, I think I said that I was gonna do IMAX2 this evening, but I did KPC instead. The pikes on the ball really got me :eek: But I did them all :eek:

Okay ladies. I'm starting to stress out about about my drive to NJ...:eek:

I'm going to have to leave here at about 2:30 in the morning to make sure I'm at the hotel or gym by 8:30 at the latest. The long drive isn't bothering me, I'm actually looking forward to it. It's the leaving in the middle of the night that's getting to me. I'm actually considering leaving on Thursday afternoon instead. I'm going to call Fairfield Inn tomorrow and see if I can book an extra night.

What to do?!?! What to do?!?! At least I've stopped stressing out about what outfits to bring...;)

Hey there gals....I just found this forum! I'm a fellow ART! I have been beefing up my weights also! Wooh...do I feel it too!!!! I also have been hungry as heck. I blame it on two hollow legs....sounds legit right??

I'm coming in on Thursday..... I'm beside myself with excitement!!!!
