Good morning ladies! I am really doing bad at getting these workouts in.
I had planned a leg workout last night, but ended up going to my parents house and making them dinner and hanging out. Some of you know, but my dad was just diagnosed with cancer a few days ago. Things have been a little crazy since then. I'm really hoping to get back on track tonight, but I do have a few errands to run for the folks first. They are trying to get all of their landscaping projects finished up before dad starts radiation and I will be plant hunting tonight.
Melissa - I think the problem was just being up so early and all the excitement of seeing everyone. I actually didn't get tired during the step workout and I was so proud of myself for making it through the entire thing. Then Cathe had us do some upper body work. We would do a few exercises standing and then a few laying down, and then we stood up again. That did it. After standing up, I immediately entered the "green" zone. I'm just glad I had the good sense to get out of there when I did!
