I can not WAIT to hear what all you August Road Trippers have to say after you come home from your RT in 2 weeks.

I just got home....walked in the door and got my dirty laundry in the washer right away (stinky stuff)!

We had a BLAST, and I simply can't wait to you all to have the same experience I had this past weekend. Cathe and all the FUN we had this weekend doesn't compare to anything I've done in a long time. There were quite a few times that my FRIENDS and I were laughing so hard we had tears in our eyes. The today as we all hugged and said our Good Byes, there were tears again.

Gayle - I cannot wait to go!!! That Friday class really got me pumped up for the August RT. I'll just have to be careful what I eat before the step class this time. ;) I'm glad you had such a good time!!!
 
Actually I am looking forward to a very low key time catching up with a few friends and catching some great Cathe workouts. I did the hoopla last year. ;)
 
Beavs, that's exactly what my friends and I did this year. This was the 3rd time around for me, and 2nd for many others, and we were really calm and relaxed the whole weekend (with the exception of a LOT of laughing and carrying-on). My group of 7 arrived Wednesday and Thursday and THAT was worth the money that we paid to take this trip. It was fun, however, to see the first-timers do all the 'hoopla'. Seriously, as adults, it's FUN, regardless of whether you're there for the Cathe hoopla or the reunion with friends.

Liann-yeah...watch what you eat. The spread they had in the studio was really good. Oh, and I may be coming to the Friday morning step class in August! Keep ya posted!

Melissa-Did ya read what I just told Liann? I may be there Friday morning. I'm really going to try to make it happen.

OMG...Gayle, as if my excitement level wasn't high enough already! That would be AWESOME!!!!

And did someone mention wine???!!!
 
I'm getting excited too, but also nervous. Its my first trip and im coming alone from Florida - and i'll be at the end of my first trimester come road trip time. Hope i can handle it. I still have to buy workout gear ( i woudlnt be caught dead wearing what i wear at home!).
Time is short!

I cant wait to meet everyone and hear more about the RT
 
Oh, Gayle, thanks for letting us know a bit more about the RT! This is my first one, and I'm both super excited, and yet also nervous! I hope you can make it for the Friday morning step class.

Now about that wine . . . .;)
 
OH...besides the wine??? There was CHOCOLATE! Some buddies and I stopped at Monster Beverage on the way from the gym back to the hotel (it's on your left, just about 5 minutes from Cathe's gym...so keep your eyes peeled). We picked up WINE and CHOCOLATE. An excellent combo!

It's on sale this week, I can pick you up some and bring it with me if you'd like...:p
 
Wine, Women and Song....

...well, make that Wine, chocolate, and Fun!!!

I wasn't in the mood/need for chocolate this last weekend, but the wine was necessary! Oh, and Monster Beverage also had some pretty tasty Peanut Squares!
