Attention Cathe Live Subscribers, Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Core-tensive Strength and Conditioning” Live! A total body workout consisting of exercises that activate the core through stabilization while also building strength and overall conditioning.

Equipment Needed:

Dumbbells ranging from light to heavy

A fitness mat

Great one! Thanks For the modifications and “shout out” at the halfway point...:). That’ll
make my job at dividing it up for 2 workouts easier..:). Just gotta get the time point for
end of warmup for second part and start of stretch for first part. !!!! Easy enough!
