Loved this one too!!! The pace was great and really enjoyed the music. Was just the perfect length (46 mins) and will need to bring an extra towel next time to just leave on the floor to pickup the extra sweat. Thanks for another great. Can't keep track of how many great ones there are now!!!
 
Got this one in and out - effective compound exercises that challenged you. Those sumo squats into bicep curls had me feeling the burn - who choose those 15 pounders for me?! lol Loved the sweet stretch to end this workout.
