HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOANNE!!!!! Awwwww!!! What a totally awesome gift! I would have been crying too! And how cool and iPod Touch -- oh happy bday happy bday happy bday!!! If I were there I'd be shoving cheesecake down your throat. 
I've been a funk all day but I think its mostly TOM related and that I miss Joe and he's off watching the Cubs at Dodgers Stadium. I put together one of his bday gifts for later this week -- get this, its an electric lawn mower named the Mow Joe. How funny is that? And now we don't have to borrow a lawn mower form our 86 year old neighbor. I did BM2 Cardio Timesaver Premix and more 1RMs...nowhere near the endorphin rush of yesterday but I imagine my period is bringing me further down.
Oooh, I want to write more but I really should do some more housework before I go to lab. I'll try to catch up later.
