August 05 bootcamp question

Hi, I want to try to do the August 05 bootcamp rotation but i think that it would be to intense to do for 4 weeks straight so i was thinking of alternating it with a less intense week, any suggestions on what i should do? thanks
 
That's why it's called BOOTCAMP, Silly!

Most of the challenge in this rotation includes the "add-on's"...Try it for a month without those (ie: week one on Monday, Body Max ONLY, no jacks or push-ups at the end)...

Tweek things where you need to, then try it again the FOLLOWING month to see how much MORE you can do! I was amazed when I did this in the spring...The 2nd month I was able to complete the whole month with no modifications...
