August '05 boot camp rotation

I completed the rotation (to the best of my level/ability), it took a few extra days. I had some extra rest days in. I loved it! My results:
-- definitely notched up my fitness to the next level. Meaning that I could do more advanced workouts easier after completing that rotation.
-- increased my endurance. Especially noticeable with cardio workouts. Instead of tiring after 35 minutes, I could workout longer.
-- lost 14 pounds (but due to travel, work, holidays... I've slowly gained some of it back)
-- had lots of fun. I looked forward to the challenge every day
-- look at workouts differently now. It never crossed my mind that a person could do Bootcamp two times in a row!
Right now, I'm focusing on a RIPPED/definition rotation but I want to do the bootcamp rotation again this August. Give it a try.

Thank you for your response! I look forward to trying it next week i'm now finishing a super advanced strength and definition rotation! Congrats on getting through bootcamp twice in a row and losing 14 lbs.!!!

So FirmDancer, I guess this rotation is possible?? LOL!! I would like to try it (I think), but I just started Fitnessfreaks circuit mix this week, so if that goes well, I will do this one after.

14 pounds is GREAT (that is what I have left till my goal!)

What kind of diet/calorie intake did you do??? I just started to try zigzaging. I assume you would need to up your intake some with those workouts!!

Hi Meaghan,
Yes, it's "doable". I adjusted my level of intensity and just did the best I could.

As far as nutrition, I actually ate a decent dinner. Usually spaghetti. I have odd office hours and a long commute, so typically I grab-&-go as far as dinner is concerned. During the rotation, I actually ate a real meal. I felt a whole lot more energetic.

I saw the circuit mix rotation; I want to try that one too. Good luck!
