Augsut Rotation Check In - 08/20/04

Good morning! How is everybody doing this morning?

My boys and I are getting a very late start, but I am headed to the basement in just a few minutes to get started on today's workout. I may have to split it up, but the whole thing will get done today. First will be Cardio Kicks, then I will see how the boys are doing before I continue with the rest!

Can you believe only ONE week left of this rotation. WE ARE GOING TO DO THIS, LADIES! WOO HOO!

This AM was Cardio Kicks,IMAX 1 last 5 intervals and CoreMax #2. Feels great! Can't believe there is only 1 week left also. We are going to make it!!!!:) :) :)

YEAH! one more week!!

my body is feeling very tired, so I'm gonna rest today. I might even rest tomorrow, depending on how I'm feeling. I'll pick up on Monday and add today's workout to the end of the month before september.
I thought I could modify and do MM today, but, I'm just tired.

Kudos to you all that are doing this rotation to the "T"!

Hi Everybody!

I did CM#2 first because last time I did it after cardio I was too sweaty and kept slipping off of the ball! :)

I ordered CK but it hasn't arrived yet ... So I subbed another cardio workout I have and did the last five intervals of IMAX.

Great workouts everyone! We are in the home stretch!! One more week yippppeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!

Hi Ladies,

I'm on target. Did CK today for the first time and I enjoyed it. Especially looking at how buff the guys were...got a little distracted...they had great form and big muscles;-). I then added IM intervals 1-5 and then CM#2. I think it is a good idea to do CM first, you really do slip off that ball if you do cardio first.
I know, it is hard to believe that there is only 1 week left. But, I realized that that leaves us August 29, 30 & 31rst without anything planned. I need a new rotation already:( ...B4 September...even though I complained a little bit about this one. I am totally loving it:) !

Anyway, have a great weekend....Yeah rest day tomorrow! I'll probably end up doing Yoga or Pilates, depends on how I feel.

Happy Saturday! I did my ab work first, then finished Step Fit from where I left off last night, did the IM intervals and then only about 35 minutes of CK. I am so ready for rest day and it sounds like everyone else is too! Looking at next week's workouts with a bit of dread but it is the last week and I will welcome the push.

Do you think Cathe will offer "I survived the August 2005 rotation" t-shirts on her website? }(

I just finished HSTA and then I did Sara Ivanhoe's Yoga 20 Min. Makeover Flat Abs instead of KPC abs. I missed my yoga(just started getting into it a little bit before this rotation). It had some nice core stretches too and I feel great!

Since I don't have ck I subbed kickmax and didimax1 1-5 intervals plus coremax #2.Tommorrow is a heavy lifting day for me of hc 3-5 reps of 9 sets per part and a 3 mile run -whatever else is set up on monday.I think when it's over I may repeat the rotation -the scale dropped another pound 6 so far.:D
 
Today was a rest day for me.....tomorrow is a run, MM and PLB stability work. I have ME and MIS, but no MM, so I think I will try MIS tomorrow since ME is scheduled later in the week.

I also don't have the Gym Styles, so I'm thinking that I will sub Pure Strength for those. Any opinions on this??

Hope y'all are having a great night.....I was real lazy today. Did some housework and read a book!

I took a rest day yesterday, because I needed it, but today is HSTA and kick max abs. In fact new HRM is on, just gotta go set up my weights!

angela- no extra just rearranging.Sometimes myabe abs when they aren't called for and upper body like hsta I did upper 2 times instead of one.I sub a heavy lifting day so today I will do monday's workout instead of mm I will use hc.I have missed imax 6-10 intervals and fiesta workout so I will tack them on at the end since there are extra days.I didn't have some of the w/o so I went by time of the w/o so some exercises like power circuit I did twice to get the time in of circuit max.
