I just finished Aug. rotation today. For me, this was a lot less cardio than I was used to, so I was a bit hesitant at first. Well, my legs are leaner, more cut, defined and a lot stronger. My tush feels a lot less jiggly & just much more tighter. My DH says I look leaner. My scale doesn't show much difference though but that's not always a good indicator anyway.
It was great. I've never really followed a rotation before, but now that I have & have seen results, I plan to do the Jan 2004 rotation. Wish me luck.
