Aug Rotation Check in (aug 18)

HI Everyone,
Now I am sorry that I ranted about our wonderful weather, it is raining and windy today.I think we are suppose to get the end of the hurricane.Its usually died down alot by the time it gets to us.We don't get hurricanes or anything of the sort.
My legs are so sore.After yesterdays run I was pretty laid back.And I can't beleive that I have to do legs again today.
I am not sure if I will get to workout tomorrow so I may do IMAX 2 today.I have to work both jobs tomorrow so theres not much time left over for exercise.I was suppose to go for another run tonight but not with this weather.

Hi Ladies,

I did Step Blast and L&G last night. It looked like it was going to rain so I did not run. Tonight will be a run and Lower Body Blast from Supersets instead of S&H legs.

Morning ladies,

Last night workout, Muscle Endurance. I’ve come to a conclusion. I don’t CARE for that workout. it is my least favorite workout. Why, I think its to fast of pace for me. I managed to get through it, But………….won’t be reaching for that one for a long time.

I guess I need more muscular training like MIS for awhile then I’ll be ready to tackle that workout or any fast endurance work. My workout was not the best yesterday.

Tonight, Cardio Kicks & PS & Abs (no weights tho) Just going to run through the workout. Have a great day all.

Hi girls -

I did PLB, standing only, and the 200 walking lunges this morning. Got a hunch I'm going to be feeling those babies again later today. ;-)

Tomorrow morning is PUB and something to substitute for Body Fusion, since I don't have it. I was thinking about maybe Boot Camp as a sub.

Trying to eat cleanly. Did okay yesterday until 9 pm last night when I had a big, gooey, chocolate chip cookie (sigh :( ). Oh well, today is another go at it, right?

Hope everyone is doing well. I love being back with this check-in.

Hello

Week 3 is going well, yeaterday was LL and 400 walking lunges. My lower body workouts are more endurance orientated than strength, therefore S&H has been replaced with LL. It was my first time doing LL and my review is positive~ It made me very sweaty, and to complete 400 WL afterwards made it a great workout in efficient time.
I think today is scheduled to be CTX upper body and BF. I don't have BF so I'll add on something else.

For me, yesterday was Cardio Kicks. It was pretty good.
Today is S&H legs only plus the walking lunges. However, I think I need at least 1/2 hour of cardio in there, so I am thinking of throwing in some Rhythmic Step or Step Blast & hope for the best!

Hi Guys....well, I have to confess, I have not worked out at all this week. Not Once. I am a Premier Designs jeweler, and my business has been rocking lately. I am going to start controlling my calendar a little better. I am in my office half of the day, trying to do my housework, go to my shows, work with my downline, and I have 2 kids, a dog, and a husband. It has been crazy busy since about April. I am going to start doing 3 shows per week, and that is it. I have to start making working out a PRIORITY again. I can see a big difference in my body since June when I started falling off the working out wagon, and the good diet wagon. I got a scoop over at the Ya-Ya's, on the new WW's program, and my mom and I are going to start going on Weds. nights. I copied what some person wrote was the new program, and starting Monday I am going to start playing around with it and see if I can muster it. I am sure I can, especially if my mom and I go together. Monday I am going to start this rotation over again. I was really enjoying it. I have to learn how to pace myself better. I will check back in on Monday!!!!
