Hi all! I thought I would post here, too, if anyone had ideas for me. I'd love to tackle these workouts but have limited Cathe. Here's what I do have: Terminator, HCEx (no bands though), IM3, IM2/C&W, KPC/L&G, BC/ME, PUB/PLB (VHS)...also have a few taped from FitTV that might help some...CM1&2, PP, S&H tris/bis chest/back. Thanks to anyone who can help.
