Hi Sue ~

Here's "YOUR" Suggested Rotation for May. Looks great! I've listed the DVDs I currently have in my library below your rotation. Can you give me some suggestions for substituting those I don't have: L&G, SS (?), LL, CTX, PP, SJP, PH, VIPER, SB & Gauntlet?

Hi Kim,

Take a look at these substitutions and see if it can work for you. I'm really thrown off with day 8. I had Push/Pull. I'm stuck with what to put there. The rep counts are fast so light weights are used, that is why MIS can follow the next day with no problem.
Also, I do a lot of lower body w/o's and notice that was where most of the substitutions were. Viper and Gauntlet are from the Terminator DVD and SS is Supersets... (I noticed your question mark).

Thank you so much for taking the time to plug in substitutions for me! You're a sweetheart. I tried to do it by reading the descriptions on the WO's I didn't have and matching them w/ those I have. Today I came up w/ LowMax (so you can see I needed some help from your wiser, more experienced self!)
