Here is the text of her e-mail message:
At long last, attached for your enjoyment <wink> is our Evaluation Survey for the 2005 Cathe Road Trip. We are sending this to you in MS Word format and in RTF format (which can be read by many programs). Use whichever one works for your computer.
A couple of quick notes --
[li]This is a long document, but that’s intentional because we really wanted to be thorough. Please take your time and answer thoughtfully. Your answers will help us build better future Road Trips.
[li]The three of us will collect, collate and report your responses carefully and truthfully to Cathe and Chris. You are not asked to put your name on your response. We ask that you be candid and honest, but constructive in tone please, with your critique.
[li]That being said, if you WANT Cathe to see your particular response word-for-word, and/or you WANT her to know that you are the person who made a particular comment or suggestion, please specify that clearly on your completed survey. We will certainly pass through anything that you want Cathe to see herself.
[li]We’ve set this document up so that you’ll use “check boxes” for your answers. There are instructions included for what each one means (using an evaluation scale of 1 to 3), and (software-wise) for how to use the check boxes. In addition, we’ve included instructions for how you should complete your answers in case on your computer the check boxes just don’t show up, for whatever reason.
[li]Please save your completed Evaluation Survey and keep your own copy, then e-mail it to ALL THREE COORDINATORS by Friday, August 12.[/li]
That’s about it — have fun with this and be creative — your ideas are golden! Thanks very, very much, and please give us a shout-out if you have problems with the document or have any questions.
