Hi,
I would like to try the leg routine you have been doing with the Bun & Thigh rocker including the ones you do without the machine. I tried a search and could not find the exact routine. I know you also do walking lunges. It would be greatly apprecitated.

I do 3 sets of the exercises that are described in the book that comes with it, with feet in the "power arc" position, plie, slalom, hamstrings, and calves. I add on 3 sets of legs extensions, and do 3 sets of walking lunges (a set is one circle around my basement). If I do abs, too, all that takes about 1/2 hour.

Yesterday for cardio, I did 10 minutes of switching between the above foot positions, then hopped on my Airdyne bike for another 10 minutes. With the above leg workout, (no abs, though)it took less than one hour.
