Good morning Miss Honeybunch:)

Okay, here are your answers:

1) I am definitely NOT exercising less or with less intensity
2) My eating hasn't changed, although it's possible I may have eaten a cookie or two more than I should have over the past couple of weeks. So I'm going with that and putting the kaibosh on the cookies:)

Honeybunch, those of us who follow Shelley's daily activities know that she works out more than probably 5 typical Catheites every day. I still say it's muscle mass that has caused her weight gain.
