The list is a bit of a mixed bag some I wouldn't recommend (* bad bad bad, ** okay nothing special *** recommend)anyway here they are:
The Method Dance to fitness Jennifer Kries *** recommend but you have to like the music and dance steps (I personally didn't)
Stephanie Foster Yoga Intermediate workout *** recommend great workout you can either do the whole thing or just one of the 3 sections
The Y Plan Physical *
Karen Voight Pure & Simple Stretch *** I do like this but it has to go
Cher Fitness Body Confidence * (the music in the second half I can't hear Keli Roberts its way too loud)
Flo Jo Workout*** Great for a beginner I got this for my sister to get her started (unfortunetly her death showed that she valued winning more than her health)
Beverly Callard Real Results* Good for beginners
Jane Fonda Yoga Exercise workout** Nice and short
Shape up with Yoga 3 Barbara Currie * Never did this it just seemed to go on and on
Power of Yoga Barbara Currie *** much better than the previous workout better thought out again either do 10 mins aday and work your way thorough the tape or do the whole thing some great stretches.
The Y Plan Countdown * It features Anthea Turner but after the intro she doesn't say much otherwise not challenging enough for anyone but a beginner to exercise
Burn Fat & Get Fit Susan Powter I like Susan she has a great sense of humour and fun again great for a beginner or returner to exercise wanting to start out light.
Suzanne Cox The Fix* okay
Diane Youdale's Dance Aerobics *
Also highly recommended Body Bar Workout with Keli Roberts and Body Bar the Challenge.
