Athletic training

I did it yesterday for the first time (coughing my head off!) but it was so much fun. I never took time to preview it and it was very easy to follow! Loved the whole workout ESP the leg work! And those 1-minute AB drills were killer! Great workout!

I think this is my favorite one. I love circuit training, so this one is right up my alley.

It's funny, when I previewed these disks, I would think, "That doesn't look so hard." Then I did these workouts and, wow, was I wrong. These look deceptively light in intensity, but are anything but.
 
I totally agree about previewing and thinking, yep, that looks ok. But then you actually do it and wow!!!:eek:

Off to do Low Impact Challenge now.
