so i really enjoyed this workout i tend to have 2 left feet when it comes to step but the chorography in this is simple to learn and really gets your heart rate elevated. i was hesitant to try it as i get frustrated easily when a step workout is too complicated. i was plesantly suprised but how quickly i learned the moves.
 
I liked it too. I just did it for the first time today. It was a little shorter than I was used to, but that's ok too. Not every workout needs to be an entire hour long! lol!
 
This is one of my favorite, easy to learn and fun, fun... all the moves are fun. I wish it was longer too, I wanted to keep going on this one.
 
Me too, Just did this one now and was so surprised at how well I did.:D After reading what some other people felt about it I was a little concerned that it would be crazy-difficult. But once again with Cathe's cueing it was so much fun and I found myself able to follow her direction. Everyone SC I do becomes my favorite!
 
I love this one!! The moves are fun and the music is great! I esp love the part of the workout where the music sounds kinda like "Poker Face" (since I'm a huge Lady Gaga fan), but I find myself singing the song out loud and then my mind wanders and I usually have to rewind to catch up LOL :p
 
I love athletic step. I found it fairly easy to learn the routine but I also have found that it really gives me a great cardio workout. My golden retriever has given it his triple licken good rating.

I consider Athletic Step more of a Classic Cathe step workout. It is very different than Step Moves.

I love both of them, but Step Moves is my fave!

That does not mean I do not love Athletic Step - I love it too!
 
I love this one as well!! I find that I'm not tripping overmyself while trying to get the moves. They are relatively simple. I personally have no complaints on the length of it- give me a month and I might change my opinion! :D

I struggled quite a bit with the choreography in Step Moves. Guess I'll graduate to that one.
 
I bought this one today and I am excited for it. After having knee surgery, complex and dancy moves no longer do it for me. I love that the length is 44 mins which means I don't have to go to a "pre mix" to get a workout of that length from Cathe anymore. I love that!!
 
I found the choreography harder in this one than step moves. Maybe I was having an off day. I should attempt again.

I have done this one twice and love it! The length of it is great and it sure does get the heart rate up, not much down time in this one.

I'm humbled! The first time I tried this, I lasted about 20 minutes, then had to break for air. Today, I made it 32 minutes. I find some of the moves quite intense, and my heart rate gets way up there.

This is a wonderful workout. I believe that in 32 minutes I was sweating more than I do for some 60-minute step workouts. I think I'll try using just the step platform next time.

Thanks, Cathe. I vow that I will finish Athletic Step without breaking for air one day!
 
I found Athletic Step to be the perfect length & intensity......especially today since I was home alone with my five kids + two friends. lol ;)
 
Today I did Athletic Step and then added MMA Kickboxing. It was a great combo. Now that I have the steps down, it was a major sweat factory. I think next time I'm going to do AS with Lo Max Blasts, which will bring it down to just over an hour. I'm loving all the new combos that can be thought up. : )
